Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all had a great weekend. Things have been pretty crazy around here since fall term started last month, but I think I’m finally settling into a nice routine now that I’ve adjusted to the structure of my new courses, the workload, and the transition into fall weather. I finally had a little bit of free time to finish editing and putting the final touches on the e-book that I’ve been promising for months, and I’m excited to announce that the Everyday Vegan Kitchen recipe e-book is finally here!
I kept making small adjustments to various recipes here and there and thinking to myself, “I should really redo this one so I can take new photos…”, but at that rate the e-book will never end up being finished! I decided today that it’s time to let go and just publish it already. In my mind, it’ll never be “done” enough or perfect enough, but there’s only so many times you can keep refining something before you just have to let it go. Right? 🙂
